Working with Catalogues
Images are grouped in catalogues.
The Photo Bank
catalogue includes the works of the AGNIPHOTO photo agency of the Agni Publishing House, and the works of the best photographers of Russia.
You can purchase images, or order the printing of images from the Photo Bank catalogue. The Catalogue menu allows a
successive choice of sections and subsections of images by links grouped according to subjects.
In the catalogue of Painting you can see digital copies of pictures and choose images for printing.
The images are grouped alphabetically according to the names of artists. You can also use Advanced Search.
In the catalogue of Authors
, images are grouped alphabetically according to the names of photographers.
You can find CDs with clip art (specially selected sets of images with the price lower than the price of all other images of our photo bank) in the catalogue of Photo Selections.
Image Searching
In the right top angle of each page you can see a field for image searching by key words or names.
Working with a Shopping Cart
Images or art prints chosen by you from Catalogues are placed in the shopping cart.
You can add a few items to the shopping cart at a time if they are on one page of the catalogue. For this purpose, use the following sign 
If you want to delete an image from the shopping cart, tick off Delete. An image is removed from the list by clicking the Refresh Shopping Cart button.
When all the items you want to purchase are in the shopping cart, specify the following parameters:

Purpose: to buy an image, to buy an art print/poster.

If your purpose is to buy an image, specify the following: format (size) for 300 dpi, the aim of use, projected run (edition).

If your purpose is to buy an art print/poster, specify the following: quantity, sizes, material (canvas, paper).
If you want to buy a framed art print/poster, tick off the field Frame, and click the Set Parameters button. In the opened window, choose a type of moulding, passe-partout, and coating. Here, you can change the size of an art print/poster, material and quantity. By clicking the Order button, all set parameters are transferred to the shopping cart.
Click the Refresh Shopping Cart button to calculate the sum total of your order.
Choose methods of delivery and payment.
When all parameters are set, click the Submit Order button.
Note: images without set parameters are not included in the order!
Ordering
Only registered users can place orders. Please, sign in before ordering if you are already registered in our web shop, or register yourself if you have not done it yet.
The information given by you is used only for executing your orders, and won't be handed over to any third party.
Your invoice will be issued and sent to the e-mail given during the registration.
The execution of your order starts when the money is entered to our account.
We can also start executing your order before the money is entered to our account. For this, send a copy of a payment order or receipt by fax +7 846 270 23 85 with a note — “For the photo agency.”
Delivery Methods for Images
By e-mail
A file with an ordered jpg image will be sent to the e-mail given by you in a registration form. Please, make sure that your mailbox can accept large files (from 2 to 10 MB).
Via a ftp server
A link, through which you can download ordered images, will be sent to the e-mail given by you in a registration form. The delivery costs are calculated on the basis of $ 100 US for 1 GB.
A CD with image files is sent as registered mail
The time of delivery is usually 1-3 weeks for residents of Russia, and 1.5-3 months for residents of other countries.
A CD with image files is sent by other negotiated delivery methods
Special methods of delivery include the delivery by train through a conductor, by DHL, or by a forwarding company. An average time of delivery is a few days. If you want to choose one of these methods of delivery, specify it while filling in an order form. We’ll contact you and co-ordinate delivery fees, time, etc.
Delivery Methods for Art Prints/Posters
Regular Mail
The time of delivery is usually 1-3 weeks for residents of Russia, and 1.5-3 months for residents of other countries.
Air Mail
The delivery is made for residents of foreign countries. The time of delivery is usually 1-2 months. The order is delivered as a registered postal packet or parcel.
By the DHL delivery service
An average time of delivery is a few days. See detailed information on DHL at www.dhl.ru.
If you want to choose this method of delivery, specify it while ordering. We’ll contact you and co-ordinate the delivery fees and time.
If prices of the postal services rise before your order is sent to you, the cost of your order will be calculated anew according to the changes without any preliminary notice from our side.
Payment Methods
Paying by Credit Card
Payment can be made with a VISA, EuroCard/MasterCard, JCB International, Diners Club via the ASSIST internet payment system.
VISA ELECTRON card payments are not accepted.
When your order is registered, you are sent to the ASSIST server to fill in the data of your credit card. The information is transferred in a protected mode when data interception is not possible. The confidentiality of your requisites at a stage when data are transferred from a client to the ASSIST system server is guaranteed by the SSL 3.0 protected data transfer protocol; the server certificate (128 bit) is issued by the Verisign Company. We do not receive, use or keep the data of your credit card. The processing of your confidential information is done at a processing centre. No one can get your bank requisites or information on payments. The payment is considered to be made after the authorization of your credit card.
Note: The cost of one order (including delivery charges) should not exceed 500 USD. If your single order exceeds this sum, it should be divided into several orders (up to $400 each) and submitted to us separately.
Paying via the Western Union System
 You can pay by Western Union payment system. Contact us for details.
Please provide us Sender: First Name, Last Name, Address (Street, City, Country, Postal Code), Amount and with the control number from the Western Union form.
Note: You can find out information about Western Union money transferring system in a local bank.
Paying via the WebMoney System, and the Yandex.Money
The payment via the WebMoney electronic payment system and the Yandex.Money are the fastest and most favourable methods of payment in the Internet. You can pay in roubles (WMR), dollars (WMZ ), and Euro (WME). If you pay via WebMoney, a fee of 2% of your order's price is charged.
Paying by Bank Transfer
You can pay by Bank Transfer. You can transfer money to AgniArt's bank account. Contact us for details.

Restrictions for non-residents of Russia and CIS countries
The reproductions of paintings, the originals of which are in the State Hermitage and the Russian Museum, cannot be sold by our web shop outside Russia and CIS countries according to the agreement with these museums.

We guarantee the quality of offered products and services. If the ordered goods are damaged during the postal carriage, write to us (bank@agniphoto.com),
or inform us by phone +7 846 270 20 11 about the receipt of damaged goods. We'll contact you and discuss the most convenient method of return or replacement. In case of return, we guarantee a 100% refund of your payment.
